CemeteryLedger is a records management platform built specifically for cemeteries, crematories, and funeral homes.
The problem
Most facilities still run on paper binders, filing cabinets, or software that was last updated in the early 2000s. Staff spend hours hand-entering data from permits, searching through physical records for families, and hoping the plot map matches reality.
When a longtime office manager retires, institutional knowledge walks out the door. When families call 20 years later asking where their relative is buried, the answer depends on whether someone can find the right folder.
What we built
Upload a permit, let AI read it, review what it found, and save a clean digital record. Record types cover the full range of what these facilities handle — from standard burials and cremations to scatterings, plot sales, and disinterments — each with the specific fields the industry actually uses.
Generate official PDFs, track plots and niches, import historical data from CSV, and export complete backups. Every change is logged. Every finalized record is cryptographically sealed on the blockchain — permanent, verifiable, and tamper-proof.
Blockchain-secured permanence
Every finalized record is cryptographically hashed and anchored to an immutable ledger. Records cannot be altered, backdated, or silently deleted — providing generational permanence and regulatory-grade proof of authenticity.

Sealed on blockchain
Finalized records are cryptographically sealed, anchored to the blockchain, and stored with a full audit trail. Generate PDFs as needed.

Data belongs to you
Export a complete backup of your organization's data at any time. No lock-in, no data hostage situations.
Records are permanent
Once finalized, records cannot be silently altered. Every amendment is tracked with the original values preserved.
Software should be practical
No features that exist for their own sake. Everything in the system is here because cemetery and crematory staff need it.
Isolation is non-negotiable
