AI permit extraction

PDF document generation
Generate official documents directly from records — record of interment, certificate of cremation, burial license, scattering letter, airline transport letter, intake order forms, and more. Templates cover the full range of cemetery and crematory paperwork.
Plot and niche management
Organize plots by section, lot, and grave number. Track communal plot occupancy. Manage columbarium niches with dimensions, eye-level designations, and real-time availability. Bulk import plots and niches via CSV.
Family contact management
Capture and manage family contact information during the record creation process. Administrators can export all contact data as CSV for use with external CRM or mailing tools.

Staff roles and permissions
Three access levels — Data Entry (create and edit drafts), Senior Staff (finalize, amend, approve disinterments), and Administrator (manage staff, organization settings, data imports, contact exports).
Audit trail
Every change is logged with the user, timestamp, field name, old value, and new value. Audit logs are immutable — they cannot be edited or deleted by any user.
Blockchain recording
Finalized records are cryptographically hashed and anchored to an immutable blockchain ledger. Once committed, a record's integrity can be independently verified — it cannot be altered, backdated, or silently deleted. Provides generational permanence and regulatory-grade proof of authenticity.
Multi-tenant data isolation
Each organization's data is completely separated at the application layer. Users only ever see records belonging to their own organization. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
